TOPIC: “The God of Unlikely Situations”
Ask a believer whatexperiencesprovide an encounter with God, and you will probablybe told that moments of prayer, worship, quiet meditation, appreciation of natureand joyqualify. Whatabout the many more experiences that seem absent of God? Where is God in disappointment and suffering, in the routine days of our life, in our countless conversations, in our own moralambiguity? Could it be that the God we believe in is a God of unlikely situations if we only have theeyes to see?
